MEANING: Aki means "Autumn", Mizuki means "Beautiful moon", and Hikaru means "Radiance".
NICKNAME: Aura
MEANING: Meaning "Air", "Breeze", or "wind". Given by her fellow +Anima because she can move pretty quick, but also silently.
ACTUAL AGE: Fifteen...
RESIDENCE: Somewhere beyond Astaria.
AGE APPEARANCE: she looks to be about 25 yrs old...
BIRTHDAY: September 25
ASTROLOGICAL SIGN: Virgo
SPECIES: +Anima, Black wolf. ("some humans have an unusual gift that grants them the ability to morph one or more of their body parts, such as limbs, into a form similar to an animal's body part. Some are capable of even more radical changes, such as growing wings or full-body transformation. The transformation processes are very fast, and occur at the user's will. When inactive, the morphed areas revert back to normal, leaving the person's clothing and body completely untouched. HAIR STYLE AND LENGTH: Usually keeps it straight and parted just a wee bit to the side, a fraction of an inch past her chin.
EYES COLOR: Bloody maroon.

WEIGHT: 120lbs
OUTFIT/CLOTHING STYLE: Black corset, black boots, very short shorts (usually made with a jean-like material) and black and white stockings. Sometimes wears fingerless gloves.
ABNORMALITIES(TAIL): She Is an +Anima, isn't she? She can grow ears and a tail, but most of the time she fully morphs into a wolf, but with a slight human-shape.
DISTINGUISHING MARKS(SCARS,MOLES): A tattoo on her wrist, scars on her back.
SELF CARE(MAKE UP): Wears heavy eyeliner, but that's about it.
FIRST IMPRESSION ON PEOPLE: What a very energetic woman, but I wouldn't want to mess with er, she's pretty quick.
SKIN COLOR: Pale-ish.
BODY TYPE/BUILD: Slender and graceful but yet a bit muscular at the same time.
DEFAULT EXPRESSION: She grins a lot, but most times she has that =3 expression.
POSTURE: Stands very straight, chin and tail up but with her ears perked.

HOW DO THEY ACT WHEN THEY ARE...
SAD: Looks down all the time, tries to hide her sadness but fails because of her voice.
HAPPY: Bubbly and hyper.
ANGRY: Looks down and never talks, teeth clenched and scowling.
AFRAID: She stands upright, and doesn't move. Her ears (if not human ears) move like... Well you know, like a cat's.
LOVE SOMEONE: She acts more hyper around that person but doesn't confess(sp?) her feelings and hugs them a lot. You'd know, it's not hard to see.

BIOGRAPHY:
"Those that appear as humans and yet hold the powers of animals, do exist in this world. For some, only a part of their body transforms. Others are almost completely changed into animals... They hold many forms, such as snakes, wolves and bears. Why do people transform into animals? That much is still a mystery. However, I will call those who have gained the powers of animals '+Anima'."

"The origin of this phenomenon is rumored to come from the Kim-Un-Kur, a type of Indian tribe(s). the criteria for one to become a +Anima is being slowly revealed. The main one of which are; 1) They are usually children age 5-14, they are very close to death or in a desperate situation. The Kim-Un-Kur seem to break these criteria, as they seem to voluntarily equip their +Anima and do not seem to vanish under the criteria under special experiments.

There are different theories how an animal is chosen for a +Anima. It is also possible for +Anima to be implanted into someone or the person done experiments on. Lyra was originally a normal human, but had said she was implanted with her recently disappeared swallow +Anima by Fly Greena Aight, a royal researcher in Asteria. In other words, naturally given +Anima are like birthmarks - they are more permanent and bestowed to them naturally. An implanted +Anima is not like the real thing and can fade over time.

The +Anima's powers are not understood by the normal people, and the +Anima are subject to negative prejudice. Similar to the X-Men of Marvel Comics, they are feared as monsters, and even hated by some. Some are envious of such powers and seek to gain control over them. Thus, afraid of the negative reaction from others, most +Anima tend to hide their true powers whenever possible." - Diary of Sonney, chapter seven.

(although Aki doesn't seem as ashamed of her powers as the others. She actually tends to love, cherish, and show off her +Anima powers.)
